Georgia brings 15 years of experience developing strategies for mission-driven nonprofit organizations with a holistic approach to social impact.
Georgia is a Partner and Head of Strategy and Operations. She specializes in building the strategic, operational and relational capacity of philanthropic capital, ensuring donor dollars can do the most good.
She leads strategic planning processes, facilitates learning sessions, conducts landscape analyses, and connects givers to the causes and networks they care about. Her work integrates skills in strategy, cross-sector partnerships, budgeting, and grantee portfolio management to build sustainable operational frameworks.
With 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Georgia brings a holistic approach to social impact. Georgia’s work spans climate justice, indigenous advocacy, community development, climate change adaptation, and reproductive justice work.
Her work in scalable environmental solutions has been highlighted by National Geographic, UN World Food Programme, and the DRA Innovation Fund, and has been adapted into one of the fastest growing reforestation enterprises in East Africa. Her work is informed by years in the field, where she spent considerable time in East Africa and Latin America. It is this background that allows her to help both aspiring and established philanthropists step more confidently into their role as changemakers, and provide the guidance to build grassroots coalitions backed by real capital.
Most recently, she worked with a next-gen inheritor to establish her private foundation, The Center for Radical Futures, dedicated to advancing equity and addressing environmental intersectionalism. She worked closely with the Board, executive and next-gen founder to conduct strategic planning, guide their giving strategy, facilitate learning sessions, and build operational infrastructure.
Georgia received her B.A. from Warren Wilson College in International Studies, with a minor in Peace and Justice Studies. She is currently pursuing her Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®️) certification at the American College of Financial Services, with an estimated completion date of December 2025. She is guided by the deep belief that another, more equitable world is possible. She is also a surfer, and enjoys long walks on the beach.
